Shun holds a Bachelor of Arts (History) and a Master of Laws from Liaoning University, China and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Queensland, Australia. Shun has advised many clients from both Australia and China. He has assisted clients from China in acquiring interests in Australia and setting up appropriate structures to facilitate future operations in Australia. Shun also assisted Australian clients setting up joint ventures and other businesses in China.
